Changeover, Arrival and Departure
Changeover day is scheduled for the Saturday of each week and as such the accommodation may not be released for rental until approximately 3pm that day. Clients are asked to vacate all accommodation by 11am on the day of departure. Château de Beau Chêne are not obliged to release the accommodation before the stipulated time, nor shall the client remain within the property after the departure time, unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us to arrange alternative times if required, Château de Beau Chêne reserve the right to amend or refuse any alternative and requested times.

Making the Bookings
Once we have received your booking request or enquiry and have confirmed availability, we will contact you to finalise your reservation. You will then be asked to confirm your booking along payment consisting of a 25% deposit of the total cost, payable within 14 days.
Upon receipt of your confirmation and deposit we will send you a final confirmation of your booking.
